- Apex Automotive is a full service automotive maintenance and repair shop that has had roots in the Ballard community since 1969. It was formerly known as Oddvar’s Auto Repair prior to Oddvar Ogland’s retirement. In 2008 we took over the shop and renamed it Apex Automotive. Under our watch we have retooled the shop to provide service to more modern automobiles. We continue to update our tooling and technology to keep up with current automotive trends.
