This shop is my favorite, they are honest, competent and reasonable. The only problem is that they can not handle all of the problems that you might have with your car, they will tell you if you have to take it somewhere else. One other indicator of the quality of the shop, they have an 2-3 week waiting list.

Great people with great attitude. Even when they made a mistake on a follow-up, they were extremely apologetic and hurried to make it right.

I was getting an oil change at the local Saturn dealership, and they claimed I needed over $2,000 in repairs (including clutch work). So I went to Edmonds Automotive to get a second opinion (I told them only that I wanted a complete "checkup" as I was thinking of selling the car), and they did not find the so-called problems the dealer had "found" (except for a slow-leak from the valve cover). Two years later, the car is doing fine. My neighbors and co-workers use this repair shop, and everyone swears by their integrity and competence.
