Very honest and friendly. They take time to listen and explain. They have treated my wife and my female boss with the same honesty and courtesy as they have me. I have had a VW, Subaru and Toyota all serviced at Town and Country and they did a great job on them all.

They accidently screwed a repair, but quickly diangnosed the problem and made the repair at their substantial expense. I identified a service call on my Outback for a repair that they were doing that didn't make it into their database and shared with them. They quickly called other Suburu customers and shared the information with them and were very appreciative of me sharing the information with them. I can't say enough about these guys. They're terrific. Jerry Knowles

I have a 2003 Toyota Camry V6 with 70,000 miles. I have been taking my car to Town & Country since I got it at 44,000. They were recommended by my realtor -- I'm new in town. I have had bad experiences with Toyota Dealers on price and choice of repairs done to correct symptoms. Not here! They have a certified Toyota guy on staff with his diplomas on the wall of the waiting area. He has been absolutely great. I would highly recommend these guys for any Toyota owner. Only downside: to get an appointment, I have to call two weeks ahead of the scheduled maintenance target, which is hard to do, as they are booked and busy -- a good sign, actually. I always rent a car while mine is being worked on and Town and country has always got the work done in 24 hours or less. Great!

I needed brake work and diagnosis of a starting problem. Dennis got the car in very fast, even during the holiday season. He had no problem with me providing my own parts, and described what he found in good detail. Replacement of the starter was necessary and completed quickly. Excellent service and attention to customer needs!

We got a referral for them from the Car Talk website. It was the best referral we have ever had! We were gifted a free minivan that we were hoping to have checked out before we took the plunge to sell our newer car (and save ourselves some extra money from car payments). They not only did a thorough check of the car, but they also took the time to drive with me to have a better feel for a problem I was describing to them. In the end, they gave me three cheaper options of things I could do on my own to fix some minor problems, and they gave me honest estimations on how long some of my other minor problems could last before fronting the money to fix them. They were kind, clean and did not have that "tweeker" mechanic look (making my wife feel safe going there alone). All in all this is one mechanic that should get 5 stars! They are FABULOUS!!! Thank you Car Talk for the original recommendation.
