This is one of the most honest shops I have ever dealt with. I generally do my own repairs because I hate redoing work when not satisfied with the work a shop has completed. I have two older BMWs I purchased used and these guys have correctly diagnosed the problems and corrected them. My 2002 530i drives like it is on rails after a repair a year ago. The shop told me a squeak in my Z3 was a dirty parking brake mechanism then gave me the option to have them clean it or for me to live with it. Very refreshing to have people treat me like I would treat others. I gve them a 4 out of 5 on price strictly because the charge only slightly less than the dealer but they are in range and I feel good leaving my car with them. The pet german shepard in the office area is also a plus. :)

Best shop in town for diagnosing and fixing BMW problems. They have routinely identified and solved problems that have stumped others.. including the dealers.
