The shop is far from my place of residence, but would not go to any other closer to home. Was recommended to try them out by a friend and it is probably the best advice I have had in many years. They are extremely welcoming, understanding and they listen. They always have an answer for my car problems and so far, they have never mis-diagnosed any problems with my cars. The staff and owner are all extremely interested in making their customers feel "at home". They are always on time with their schedule (never delayed in finishing the work) and I don't mind travelling the distance I do for "GREAT SERVICE".

This shop charges you the actual time it takes them to work on your car. Not like some shops that go by the "book." The shop manager and his crew are very knowledgable about cars and takes care to do the job right. They even recommend places to buy parts and things you can do yourself. I also use them for second opinions when dealer tells me things need changing. NWAC checks things out for me and gives me exact numbers and most of the time the dealers give bogus information (the dealership service folks makes commissions off of recommended repairs). I highly recommend these folks.

I have used NWAC for 12 years and have always received great service, good prices, and a clear explanation of the work before and after if there are any questions.
