Very good mechanical shop at a fair price. No frills shop-- not for yuppies who like to sip cappacino while they wait for the Beamer.

Have dealt with this company for 20+ years, always polite, responsive to questions and do good work. If there is a problem they always are willing to listen and fix it. Highly recommend.

I've had very good experiences over the last year with Howard Motors, for two different cars. They have reasonable prices, and are at good at communicating problems and repairs. I've even had them suggest against repairs that I brought the car in for, because they didn't think they were actually needed (most recently a battery which wasn't really on its last legs) - which I generally take as a good sign for a mechanic. The only down side is that they tend to be busy, but in my experience all good car repair places (and even some bad ones) tend to be busy.

Great mechanics. I would go out of my way to take my vehicles here. They are knowledgeable and honest and most of all seem sincere, not slimy. I often see State Government vehicles (e.x. State Police) there, which I take as a good sign about their reliability. Only issue I had was a quote for some work that seemed very expensive. I went home to do the work myself, screwed it up, took my truck back to them, and they fixed it at a very, very reasonable cost. That interaction won a lot of respect for me.

They were recommended by a friend. Brought the 03 Jeep Liberty to them for minor repairs and was very happy with the service and cost - half of what the dealership wanted. I'm glad we went there and would recommend.
