This place under filled my transmission following a "transmission flush" before a long road trip. When I checked the transmission fluid level two or three states down, the level was below the dipstick. When I called to ask what fluid they put in - in order to top it up - they couldn't tell me! They didn't know, and called it a "universal fluid". My car, as all cars do, require specific fluid. Also they left various fasteners and clips off/missing in the engine compartment. Shoddy work (transmission under filled and of ambiguous type, unsatisfactory put back together). On a good note, I complained to the owner, who graciously paid for a transmission flush at a dealership near where I was as I was in the middle of the road trip. HOWEVER, my neighbor took their minivan in two or three times because they could not get the front brakes to stop juddering following a brake pad & rotor replacement; I finally fixed it for them - corrosion on the hub underneath the clean new rotor and the inside of the wheel at the mating surface with the disc. AGAIN - shoddy work, causing her lost time from work from the many visits for the same problem. Would not recommend to anyone.
