Very good customer service and very polite. They explain things well and don't do unnecessary repairs. They have great specials if you sign up on their email list. The shuttle is always available for a ride, unlike other shops that claim they will give you a ride. They are only open M-F but will be open on Saturdays in the near future. I just picked up my car from getting a tire re-fixed and they didn't charge me because they say they should have found the other pinhole in my tire the first time. I don't know for certain but I think they are probably a little more expensive than a gas station garage but I learned you get what you pay for. I am a happy customer.

I call these guys 'The Sunset Hills Boys.' I used to work in a building right next to the shop and it was very convenient for me to drop my vehicle off in the morning, walk to my office, and then pick up in the afternoon. Robert and Willard - they are fantastic! They've worked on, for us: my daughter's Toyota CE (The Flying Purple People Eater), our Jeep Grand Cheerokee (Mt. Thunder), my new Honda Hybrid (Moochie), and our F150 Truck (Gonzo). They know my cars by name so that when I call up and say Moochie needs to come in for wiper blades or service, they know which car I'm talking about. I take these guys tins of cookies at Christmas - they are wonderful and I've recommended scores of people to them. They're honest, dependable, try to get the best equipment for our cars at a good price.

I have taken my truck here numerous times and, excpet for one incident, I have been 100% satisfied. The one incident left me 95% satified the first time and then 100% and so I continue to take my truck here. They are about 10% more expensive than other garages in the area but, for the level of trust, the quality of work and the FACT that they look out for their customers, I would gladly mapy more. This is not a "get them in, get their money and get them out" operation. I have seen them stay late to finish working on something that had them puzzled because they promised it wold be done that day. It was and, altough it took longer than expected, they honored their original estimate- they did not have to but they did. I have been a customer of theirs for 3 years and will continue to be for as long as I have a car.

These guys are terrific and will always be my first choice to go to for help with my car. Great service, great attitudes, great work and just an all around great group to deal with. I have used these guys numerous times and have sent friends and co-workers there as well. Without a single exception ALL have become loyal customers!

For years Robert & Willard kept my GeoPrism happy, and now they're servicing our Hondas. Always an excellent experience.

I referred a co-worker to these guys when he was having brake problems. He thought for sure that the brakes would have to be replaced. BUT, he walked out of there with a $40 repair instead. He was shocked and extremely pleased. Knew that if he took his car anywhere else, the brakes would've been replaced. Honesty and integrity should be the motto for Sunset Hills Automotive ... they really go above and beyond!

I have been to many mechanics in the Reston/Herndon Virginia area, and I was so relieved when I found this shop. Others could fix problems but I felt raped when it was over, these guys have given me honest feedback about repairs, given great prices, even recommended not fixing a problem because it was not worth my money to do it. I don't know many mechanics that would recommend saving money at their expense. Price, service, attitude are all top notch.
