Sorry, i did not know what certifications they have, i know that their main office is wallpapered with their certificates. So they are definately qualified. They are nice, honest, and they explain things they are doing. The neighborhood is a bunch of businesses, so i would not really picnic there, but there is not much to be worried about I dont know how they treat female customers, i would imagine they are easy to work with, i do not believe they would "take advantage" financially or any other way of a customer who was not up in thier car knowledge. I have always had a second car to use (family car) so i dont know that they provide loaner cars, there is a UTA bus stop within a few blocks i believe, and im sure they would be willing to drive the customer to the bus stops. Anyway i hope someone can figure out the proper specialties etc for this shop. They are the most trustworthy mechanics i have ever met and i still use them even though i have moved out of town, i just schedule a trip to home if i need something done.
