The head Mechanic has always been great to deal with - when you take it in with a problem, he has been great to take a look at what is going on before saying what must be done. Always tells you what needs to be done - what you might want to do and stuff that is just fine. He does not try to sell you stuff that you don't need. He knows if he treats you right, you will come back to him for all your service. (I have he do all regular oil, changes etc.) One my most recent experance - the air conditionar was not cooling properly, so when I took it in and he charged the system and was unable to find the problem - he had me stop back a couple of times ( one of those was a weekend when he was not normally open)- so he could look for dye expelled from the system, when he still could not find it - I left it and he spent a couple of hours taking things apart - till he found that it was the compressor that was leeking on the seal - to find it he had to pull it half apart to find the place where the die had been expelled. Not a common problem. But one that does occur. He has alway been honest with me - the one time that there was a problem, he said get it back into him, he found the problem and took the time to correct it as fast as he could. He could have told me it was somthing differnt and I would have never known.
