I've lived in Provo for over two years and have had trouble finding a mechanic that wasn't a total ripoff, completely rude, or seemingly dishonest. My wife and I have always had different experiences at some of the places around town (especially at All Tune and Lube on Freedom Blvd). Mike's was great. They were friendly and pretty quick. As I sat around waiting for my repairs, I noticed that Mike took the time to personally address each customer about their problem, and was really up front and friendly about it. Also (and this is hardly the most important factor), there is a complementary snack bar with hot chocolate, cider, oatmeal cookies, and even instant oatmeal. And while it's not as though having a snack counter is important in and of itself, I do think it's an indication that they are considerate of their customers.
