I have owned Honda vechicles since 1988. This and one other shop that specializes in Honda/Acura repairs have worked on my car since that time. The shop is owned/operated by Craig & Mark. Along with Craig & Mark, the shop has extremely competent mechanics. Free estimates are easily provided and all repairs are completed timely and are reasonably priced.

I have been taking my Hondas to C & M for 16 years, they are, without question, the most honest and competent mechanics I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with.

Fortunately, a co-worker recommended C&M Honda to me. Their service is excellent and prices very reasonable. The best attributes they have are: They treat everyone with respect. No one is talked down to. They will only do work that is needed. If work can be put off, they will tell you that. If they do not know the answer to the problem (very rare, only once for me), they will tell you that. They will not charge you for work that "may" fix the problem. They are truly an honest repair shop. If you live in the Southwest Houston/Sugar Land/Stafford area and have a Honda, I would not take it anywhere else.

I love C&M. I have a 95 Honda and they have kept it running. They are so honest and will not ever cheat you. They don't ever do anything unnecessary. They are always looking out for the customer. Their work is superb. I recommend them to all owners of Honda & Acura.

Beware & be scared ! These people failed to tighten the lug nuts on ALL 4 of our Honda Odyssey tires after we took it in for a Brake Check. My granddaughter was driving the car 24 hours after the brake check and barely managed to maneuver the car off the beltway before the front tire came completely off. The wrecker service confirmed that lug nuts were missing from every tire. C&M took no responsibility and lied and said they Never removed the front tires! Who does doesn't take tires off to check the brakes?? We've had plenty of other work done here and they obviously have no appreciation for return customers and we will never go back! My granddaughter could have been killed. These people are dishonest, incompetent and unethical. The good reviews were obviously written by the owner who ignored our complaint. Stay away! Been using C & M Honda for years after a friend recommended them. It is a small shop with 3 Honda-certified mechanics. My very first visit was to get a second price on major work recommended by a dealer. After about 20 minutes, they told me the “major work” was unnecessary, and that they had corrected my problem for much less than I was prepared to pay… a lot less! These guys are honest, straight-shooters. I always arrive at 7:30am to get first in line. That is because I don’t have alternate transportation and have to wait with a good book. Invariably, I end up reading little because I’m always following their interactions with customers or talking with others who may be waiting. Many are repeat customers as happy as I am to have found this place.
