My Cadillac dealer provides an annual inspection free of charge. On the last inspection they found several items including a small oil leak that they said should be fixed. They always tell me that all the original hoses and belts on my '93 Deville should be replaced. I took the list to Butch and told him to fix whatever he thought should be fixed and anything else he found wrong. That afternoon when I came to pick the car up, I asked what he had found really in need of fixing. He said "Nothing". I said how much do I owe you? He said "Nothing". He probably should be in another business, but I'm sure as hell glad he is not!

We've been taking our cars to Butch for about 15 years. He and his staff have always been great (honest, helpful, accurate, reasonable). Once we went to pick up our car & there was another customer there picking up his car also. He turned to us & declared that he had just driven 300 miles just to have Butch work on his car. As an indication of our level of satisfaction with "Tiller's Automotive," neither my husband nor I were the least bit surprised at this.

We took the Kia Optima in with a vague description of the problem (a slight metally noise when turning to the left, a smell, and a feeling that something might have slipped). They were able to quickly diagnose the problem (needed new front brakes) and didn't try to sell me anything else (i.e., back brakes) going so far to say that the rear brakes were in excellent condition and that I wouldn't need to replace them for some time to come. I will definitely take our cars back, and I am going so far as to recommend them to my mother-in-law!

We've been dealing with Butch for along time. We did have one incident where my truck wasn't fixed right. As it turns out it was a faulty part and not their fault at all. When I took my truck back in. They explained the entire problem to me and had me up and running in no time. Their employees are very friendly and helpful.

This garage is wonderful. I took my Camry in for a timing belt change before a long trip to San Diego and back. I told them to look for any other repairs that might cause me trouble. They replaced the belt and one hose and said everything else was fine. The bill was LESS than the estimate!!! The whole place is very honest. I feel comfortable giving them carte blanche to assess and repair. As a mechanically inept young woman, I have felt bias at other shops but not at Tiller. Highest possible recommendations.

Butch has always been very honest with me and even saved me money at times. Mark, in the office, has always been very friendly and helpful with whatever we need. Terry is one of the most knowledgeable mechanics I have ever had work on my car. I would not take my vehicles anywhere else - Thanks guys.
