They are very honest. Gave my a quote on my clutch repair before even seeing the car. They stuck with the quote and did it within the day. They even gave me the same quote 2 years ago and I have been milking the clutch for all its worth until now. I can't believe I have found an honest mechanic. I am sold on Billy Lowery. I will be bringing in my family's cars from now on. The dealership screwed up and have lost our business. I don't mind since I have finally found an honest mechanic. Prices are reasonable.

The folks at Billy's were able to fix a fuel/ignition problem on our Ford when another supposedly reputable shop could not. Too bad he does not work on VW (our 2nd car), as he has never let us down!

A really good, honest repair shop that fixes only what is wrong with your car. They do a great job of diagnosis of the problem and I have never had any problems with any of their repair work.

I took my car in around 9:00am. I was having an increasing problem getting my key out of the ignition. Mr. Lowery called the parts house while I waited to confirm he could get the part, had one of the mechanics drive me home while they worked on my car, and had it back to me by 2:00pm. It was my first time there (won't be the last), and I didn't have an appointment. The waiting room was full when I got there. My brother told me "Click & Clack won't steer you wrong." He was right. Thanks so much.

They are always friendly, honest, and they always fox it right the first time. I have referred my mom, my grandpa, and multiple friends and everyone has been extremely satisfied with the work done.
