This shop tended to my beloved 1984 900S for about 10 years, before its untimely death in 1998. I loved the car, but, at the time, I really couldn't afford to maintain it the way it should have been. These guys were aware of my financial situation and always discussed pricing and helped me prioritize needed repairs. They ALWAYS knew how to repair whatever problem I brought them. They love SAABS, and they truly know more about them than any other mechanic I have ever dealt with. They are professional, friendly, and when you are a repeat customer, they sort of 'take you into their fold." They distribute a local newsletter for SAAB aficianados, have monthly give-aways, like t-shirts, or SAAB stuff. The only drawback to their shop, for me, is the location. I'm in central Dallas, and they are in Irving, TX.-- about a 30-min drive away. WHEN I own another SAAB, they will be my mechanics again.

I have been using Tom French for all my Saab's since 1980. He is the best! I never have to worry about competency or cost. You can't go wrong at French's Foreign Car!
