Thomas Larson (Owner & operator) is very knowledgable about Volvos and very receptive to the customers concerns. All the work he has done for me has been very professional and priced fairly. (Besides, my wife thinks he's eye-candy.) We own 3 Volvos. He has serviced and repaired all of them.

I switched from my Volvo dealer to Texas Automotive Performance more than ten years ago. I have been completely satisfied with their service and their prices. Tom and his small group of mechanics are very competent and it is a pleasure to deal with them. I know that my 1987 Volvo is in good hands when I take it in to TAP for any work.

The correct address and phone for Texas Auto Performance is: 10932 Hazelhurst Houston Texas 713-465-6272 Thomas Larson runs an honest shop and will give customers rides to anywhere in the city when their cars are being worked on. He works on mainly Swedish cars, Volvo and Saab, but is starting to work on other model cars.

I have to piggy back on these old reviews. I've been to this place recently and they continue to have the same quality and great prices. The facilities had a minor make over and as always are very clean. They fixed my Volvo for less than other shops quoted me before, they have Volvo parts available on site and I didn't have to wait for them to go get them from third parties. I read other reviews before taking my car here and I am please to know that they have been in business for a while. They worked on my Land Rover and my BMW as well, this shop advertises as European cars specialists but they can work on anything and they work well. P.D.
