I was pretty much stuck in Houston last weekend with a dead alternator and none of the shops at the VW dealerships could help until Monday. I called Eurocare, and Jim said they opened at 7:am, certified techs available at 8:am, and he'd be there. I showed up at 8:am the next morning and the door said open at 9:am. Jim however was there and opened early explaining he got the time wrong because the new store had different hours. I was impressed that he realized his mistake and was there to take care of it. I was more impressed that they had me fixed and ready to go by 3:pm The only thing they could have done to make me more impressed would have been to reset my clock. ;)

My blower motor and resistor on my 2008 Mercedes S550 stopped working and decided to bring the vehicle in to the Missouri City location. They had stated they specialize in repairing imports so it seemed to make sense to drop it off. Stan, the crook/manager stated they should have it done on the same day and stated the job should cost about 1,000 for the blower motor w/ labor. Two hours later I received a call stating the vehicle needed a resistor too which he stated it would cost another 600.00 plus tax. Both items were repaired but I felt the prices were not in line with other shops. I called Mercedes Benz Sugar Land and they stated the total job with labor would have cost 965.00. Another mechnanic one mile away from these crooks would have charged 700.00. I spoke to Stan demanding at least 700.00 back and he stated, "Take it up with someone else". You need to avoid these crooks. THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF!
