Late one Wednesday afternoon, I brought my ailing Honda Element to them, which had started to die at about 3,000 rpm on my way to work that morning, along a work report from a dealer who had fixed the same problem under warranty when the car was new, 80,000 miles ago. They, more or less, ignored my showing them what part needed to be replaced and said they would diagnose problem. The brakes were soft; I had taken it to two different Honda dealers, both of which replaced the master cylinder, with the first dealer's service manager telling me to not push hard on the brakes. So 'don't bother trying to sell me a new master cylinder.' The next day they claimed my engine was dirty due to poor maintenance, but with a little luck they could clean it with some sort of power flush. I said go ahead and try, thinking it was a waste of time and they would have to replace the sticking relay anyway. When I got my car back Friday, it ran better than I could remember! It is fast enough to keep up with traffic now, getting 10% better gas mileage. While they were power flushing, they flushed the brakes, and to my delight, they work much better, making the car much more fun to drive. They replaced no parts, only a few fluids and filters. I wish them well.

Complete RIP OFF artists. My buddy was towed there due to his car overheating and they quoted him ~3,000 for a head gasket change and hoses. I informed him that I could do the work for him so I drove him there to pick it up. They told him the radiator was full of water; it was not, and we had to stop at a another service station to fill it and then drove to my shop where we found an upper radiator hose gone bad. Literally a $25 easy fix and they tried to take advantage and STEAL his money for repairs that didn't need repaired and they had no intention of doing. I can now see from the other reviews I'm not alone.
