I am a single woman with little knowledge of cars and Mike has always been fair and respectful of me. He explains everything to me as though I am capable of understanding the problem (and I am!) He never tries to do more than is needed and always asks first! It's nice to know that there is someone out there I can trust!

This is a 1.5 man shop. Owner plus helper. Located in an old section of town and the outside of the building looks more than a little worn. The inside is similarly worn but it nearly immaculate. Clearly Mike takes pride in his work space. I had a check engine light problem and my heat would not work. He replaced the water pump and an electric thermostat, changed out cooling liquid and some other minor stuff. Cost about $550. He was worried about the cost but even with this truck we're talking about 1.5 car payments so it is clearly worth it. He spend as long as I wanted showing me what the problem was and the parts he replaced and even with his mechanic out on vacation finished the job in a day. This is a classic small business auto shop run by a guy with lots of experience. I would recommend him in a heartbeat and will be back.
