Nick is the best. He is the only one I trust with my car. When I lived in Garland and Richardson I took my car to him all the time. I have since moved 20 miles away, but I will still make the drive back to him and go through that inconvenience anytime I need repairs. I recommended him to a friend who lives 30 miles away from the shop. Eventually my friend got desparate enough to make the drive and now he takes his car to Nick all the time. Nick and Noel run a great business. They are friendly. They explain exactly what your car needs and how much it will cost before they do any repairs or charge you anything. His prices beat every other shop I've been to. They tell you when another shop or oil change place is trying to squeeze you for money. They let you know when you can wait a while to replace a certain part. You can leave your car in the parking lot for him in the morning before the shop opens, authorize the fixes over the phone and pick it up from the parking lot after the shop closes if you can't make it there while the shop is open. I'm so glad I've found Nick, it takes a lot of the pain out of getting your car fixed.

Nick's is mostly a one-man operation with low overhead. He keeps costs low, uses quality parts, gets almost anything done in a day, and guarantees his work. I have had cars towed 300 miles to have him work on them, rather than have them repaired by someone I don't know. He has worked on a Plymouth, Mercury, 2 Fords, a Chevrolet, and a Mercedes for us. He has worked on a Cadillac for my wife's nephew. All repairs were done quickly and cheap. For work he doesn't do himself, he only gives referrals to specialists he trusts.

Nick treats my children's cars as if his own children were going to drive them. I can tell him to make them safe and do what is needed without him doing unneeded repairs. He is honest and fair. I can send the kids to pay the bill and pick up the cars without worry. He will not do work without explaining why it is needed and detailing the charges for approval before the work is done. He has come less than the estimate several times. Nick and Noel are a dream come true, I just hope this recommendation doesn't keep me from getting my cars in for repair.

Nick and Noel are an awesome team. Unlike most dealerships and independent mechanics who prey on the uninformed with the needless, fear-laden "upsell", I appreciate the honest and balanced assessments of car repairs.
