Without Dave's help, I would not be driving the wonderful Mercedes coupe that I found at a garage sale.

Dave is one of those guys that you like to know. Its always a drag to have a busted car but a visit to Dave's can be fun. He and his staff always make you feel as though you are important and they enjoy a good conversation. How many mechanics do you know that sings opera?

Dave Thomas should be recognized as one of the country's best independent mechanics. He always tries to fix the problem in the most cost-effective manner, and frequently does service for no charge. He loves to explain the inner workings of the components in question in great detail. He is a musician, and he uses his ears in diagnosing problems. He even uses a stethoscope! And he plays the classical music station in his waiting room. Over the years I have sent him scores of customers, and I usually see some of my friends at his shop. It is a wonderful thing to have a skillful and trustworthy mechanic in one's life. Thanks for everything, Dave.

Dave's knowledge and customer service is out of this world. It's obvious that he and the rest of his staff (Ken, Juanita?, et.al.) are genuinely concerned about their customers and their cars. A rare find indeed!

I second all the other comments. They fix 'em right, they explain what the're doing or have done & the prices are reasonable (not always easy with Mercedes parts). They are also happy to give advice over the phone.
