I've been going there for years, I've recommended them to everyone, including my minister. The owner, Randy, is as honest as the day is long. He's never steered me wrong. I have older cars and he'll recommend less expensive fixes if the circumstances warrant. I trust him absolutely.

I so glad I found this place. My HVAC man referred me to him. He said he was honest. That was enough for me. It's been a good relationship since.

I have taken my cars here for nearly 10 years. They always tell me what needs to be done right now or what can wait. Always takes the time to walk me through it so I understand it. I have even called them when I had to take my car to the dealer for repairs and I had questions about what the dealer was trying to tell me needed to be done, and they would tell me yes - do this - no don't need that. Always very helpful.

I'm constantly amazed by the quality of service and honesty from Auto-Scan and the owner, Randy Davis. On several occasions, he will call me after disassembling the car and suggest a cheaper alternative to buying new parts such as reusing part of the original assembly, or simply replacing worn seals or bearings. He approaches car repair as if it was his own car (and money) he is working with. The shop foreman, Matt, is a real perfectionist and is willing to go the extra mile to get things done right. Auto-Scan has grown and prospered purely by word of mouth recommendations. They are located slightly off the beaten track, and you'll have to schedule work in advance, but the results are worth it. I've used Auto Scan to service and repair all of my vehicles for over 12 years. I occasionally check with other shops just to compare prices or diagnosis, but end up always going to Auto Scan. My grown kids also use this shop. It's nice to be able to call the shop for advice and be recognized on a first name basis.

I have been utilizing Auto Scan and interfacing with Randy Davis (owner) and Matt (shop foreman) for over 10 years. I started from a recommendation from a female at work and have been hooked ever since. I have recommended numerous clients to Auto Scan and all continue to use him routinely. I have read other comments on this web page and agree 110% with them. If I knew how to reproduce Randy and seed him around the nation many auto repair places would go out of business. On rare occassions, if it is something that Auto Scan does not do, his recommended alternatives are of the same caliber as Randy's business. His record keeping is meticulous and he routinely goes for the low cost, high quality solution. The other area that impresses me is the detailed knowledge and understanding and ability to relay that in understandable English to his clients. -- Dan

What can one say about Randy and his shop, Auto Scan, that isn't positive. He has become a trusted advisor on all things automotive. His practical and easy going manner, his cost effective and thorough repairs, and his breadth of knowledge (by him and his two guys) is remarkable. This shop is a 15 out of 10. Go there. You won't be disappointed.

Randy and his son, Cory, have been amazing. Even though they are over 20 miles from my home, to have the opportunity to deal with knowledgeable, trustworthy mechanics is worth the drive. As a woman, I feel they treat me just like they do their male customers, and they are very thorough in explaining what's wrong with my car. Their prices are very reasonable, and they work quickly. Randy's very accessible via email which makes it convenient for me to communicate with him during the day and also during the times he's not open. I do wish he was open on Saturday, however, I will figure out a way to get my car repaired during the week because Auto Scan does such great work. Cory is a recently returned home Marine vet, and it's great to support someone who has given so much to our country for us to enjoy the freedoms we take for granted.
