Joe is incredibly honest and reliable. I have had other shops recommend very expensive work, and Joe identified a less expensive solution to the problem. I'm a single woman, and he has always taken the time to explain the work and review options. He will also tell me when he sees a problem developing, so I have time to prepare for the expense or take care of it before it becomes a major repair.

This is a third generation family business. Joe is thoroughly knowledgeable and 100% honest. He has worked on my Dodge van, Dodge truck, Chevrolet suburban and on my son's and grandson's cars. We have always been totally satisfied

These guys are great. Joe is friendly and takes all the time you need to really explain your problem and all the background information you think is necessary to really identify the symptoms, just like a good doctor. Then, he goes to work and is honest and communicative throughout the whole process. I have a 1984 Chevy Caprice that he has worked on three times, and it is running beautifully. He really knows his stuff, and is all about fixing your car, not bilking you out of nickels and dimes. If you don't need something, he'll tell you. If something can wait, he won't push it on you, he'll just let you know. Awesome experience here.

I've gone to this shop twice for large repairs to my Honda, and each visit has been no-muss-no-fuss, drop the car off in the morning and it's done by the end of the day, all repairs at a reasonable price. But my latest visit is the one that compels me to praise them here. My Honda's gear shifter would sometimes be locked in Park and my brake lights worked intermittently. All signs pointed to a bad brake light switch, supposedly and easy DIY job. I bought a new switch but simply couldn't complete the job myself -- the part's location under the dash above the brake pedal was just too inaccessible. I brought it to Bob's and they switched out the part in about 10 minutes and charged me less than the cost of a 12-pack of beer. Maybe this is the type of courtesy that two big repair jobs a few months apart buys you. But you can certainly count on them to treat you with courtesy and respect no matter the size of the job.
