We have used Rick's for many years for all of our cars and have always been completely satisfied. Also, they know who to send you to for honest, competent speciality service - such as transmission work.

Mr.Rick is just making an honest living; that's why normally he has 6-10 days of work on the books. I can count on my car being fixed when they tell me.

I decided to take the family from the flat lands of Indiana to see the Great Smoky Mountains. By the time we arrived at the hotel Gatlinburg my breaks were smoking too. I used the hotel's computer to find go to this web site and found Rick's shop. I called and he was able to take me in quickly, his estimates on repair time and cost were fair and reasonable. He was courteous, honest and I was back on the road quickly. Thanks Rick.

The struts that hold the rear gate of our minivan stopped working just before we made our yearly trip to Gatlinburg, TN, so we needed the repair done quickly and without too much interruption of our vacation. I phoned the shop ahead of time to see if they had the parts, and was told that they did indeed have them, so I made an appointment for the next morning. That same day we happened to be in their neighborhood and stopped in to see if they had time to make the repair a day early. They were very accommodating and not the least bit annoyed that we had come in earlier than expected, and they got the repair done within twenty minutes. While this was a simple repair, their kind treatment and fair price will bring us back to them in the future should we have any mechanical problems with our vehicle while we are on vacation in the area.
