transmission rebuilt= tranny went out on vacation, left us stranded in montgomery, alabama @ dealer who rebulit it again cost $1800. tuneup on older chevy(88) ran really rough, at idle, shook inside, said they couldn't get it to run smooth= took it to the dealer who "reprogrammed computer" at a cost of 37.50 heater core replace=broke shroud covering all wires etc on firewall. lost a big piece of it, look puzzled when I asked where the piece was. no offer to get me another. my biggest complaint: i don't think they wanted to work on my older vehicles, but willingly charged me 45-55 bucks an hour

When explaining a repair to me they never talk to me like I'm an idiot just because I am a girl. They never try to sell me a bunch of extra stuff like the big chains. My car can be a little quirky on repairs for some reason...and with one recent repair I literally took it back to the chain store 12+ times and it still wasn't right Mid Tn figured it out on the first go. And they don't move my seat!
