Over several years I have had major and minor work done on a Chevy K1500 truck, a Subaru SVX, a Nissan Pathfinder and a Jeep Cherokee. Greg Heard has always been knowledgable and honest. His prices have been fair. When my daughter has taken her vehciles to him, he has treated her in the same competent, curtious manner. I'd give him 4 stars. Bill Kenner Nashville, TN

Greg is wonderful. Imagine a mechanic/shop owner who, when you ask him if you need a tune-up, checks it; and then replies: "Not now; you need to wait. 'If it ain't broke, don't fix it.'" That is how honest he is. And he can tell you if some joe blow at the tire shop is blowing smoke up your rear. I had a guy who put tires on tell me I needed a number of expensive repairs (axle, bearings, etc.) that when Greg checked, no repairs were necessary!

Gregg Heard runs the shop. His dad ran it for years, and is retired now - but is always there anyway. I guess because he loves the place so much he can't stand to be away. They do really good work, and are very honest. Once, they screwed up a water pump install slightly; after a couple of weeks, it started leaking a tiny bit. Gregg re- did the work with no problems/compaints/etc. He was very apologetic, fixed it at my convenience, and said that occassionally even his mechanics mess up. (Grin) Great place. Does not advertise, because his word-of-mouth advertisement keeps them more than busy enough. Trust whatever Gregg tells you.
