They know Jeeps, its all they work on. The service manager used to work for a local dealer who shall remain nameless who I took my car to and really disliked for the snooty atmosphere but very poor customer service. This guy is honest and has more work than he can handle the times I've been in so doesn't have much incentive to do unnecessary repairs. I've taken my Jeep to both dealers in the area (Knoxville and Alcoa) and prefer Just Jeeps to both.

These are good guys and perform good work. A few words of caution, however. It's my experience that they work on more modern jeeps than older ones. Also, they aren't in to the heavy-duty off road stuff so much as they are working on street jeeps (daily drivers). Finally, these guys are engine-oriented gear heads: not off road enthusiasts. The last time I was in their shop, they had a really nicely set up hot rod which was built for racing/showing. Notice I did not say they had a monster off-road rig built to climb six foot waterfalls. The moral of this story: if you want your daily driver Cherokee, Grand Cherokee, Wrangler, or (I assume by now) Liberty worked on, then these are your guys. If you want an engine problem diagnosed and fixed, go to them. I believe they will install suspension lifts, axle modifications, etc., but I'd probably feel more comfortable going to an off-road specialist for that work.

This repair facility has to be one of the best. Honest work with real technicians. Their Service Manager is top not ch and treats everyone like family. We tell everyone to go to them. In this day it's hard to find car repair places where you truly fell comfortable having them work on your vehicle. This facility makes you feel like they want your business. I will be back and tell as many people as possible.

Josh the Service Manager always takes his time to let us know what our vehicle needs to keep us safe and on the road. We recommend them to everyone and all of our friends have great things to say about Josh and his technicians.
