Joe Arujo is the owner/mechanic. He is very serious and has always wanted to be a mechanic and own his own shop. He moved south from NYC many years ago with family, and has run a very clean successful business. He does most of the work himself. Great wife and kids, who also help out in the office. He always knows me my name, and I think he knows my voice on the phone. My car rarely needs anything except routine maintenance, but when something else is needed, like alternator, battery, new tires, etc, he lets me know. I don't think he advertises at all...word of mouth. He works on my parents' cars, my brother, husband and son's cars.

We've been with Joe for over two years. He may provide other services, etc have never needed them. For example, I am sure that he would respond well when he made a mistake, but he has never made one on the four cars he has serviced for us. Joe diagnoses the problem or problems, ranks them by importance and suggests alternatives for older cars. He shows you the problem and shows you the part and what went wrong. Most of all, Joe get it right the first time. My son said it best: When Joe fixes it, it stays fixed. He knows his stuff.
