Incredible experience! All Positive! Took my 96 Subaru Outback with 244,000 miles to them at noon on New Year's Eve having not been successful in leaving Rhode Island to drive to Virginia earlier that morning. They diagnosed the problem as slipping clutch, low transmission fluid and leaking fluid from both axles. Snow was coming the next day--major snow. Rob George, the long time owner personally worked on the car late into New Year's Eve evening and then was back on New Year's Day changing both axle seals, the main engine seal, a new clutch, and a right front wheel bearing. They even delivered the car to me at my house 10 miles away at 3:00 New Year's Day! The car drove beautifully all the way to Virginia--never been so easy to shift; it just purred. Amazing customer service!
