I had some problem with my VW, and took it to two different dealers more than a several times to solve the issue. They were hopeless, and they really gave up on me. I went to Ray of R.D.M. Inc. without knowing what he could provide for the first time, as I randomly picked him out of the internet business listing. He's really specialized in Mercedes, but also works on BMWs, Audis, Volvos. I didn't even know he's work on a VW. Turned out, he is extremely experienced, and an insightful, old fashioned mechanic who tackles issues in scientific and intuitive manner. A great problem solver, a sort of a Car Talk type mechanic, leaves you confident that your car is in good pair of hands. A great guy, too, I highly recommend him!

Ray is very experienced with any type of German auto. He is honest, helpful and charges a fair price. You get dealership quality work at a fraction of the price.
