This week the owner spontaneously road tested my car to help identify a new rattle. He said it was a loose strut bracket. I told him I had just recently had the struts replaced elsewhere. He suggested I take it back. I did and his diagnosis was correct. The other garage (a chain) repaired/tightened the bracket free but I do not trust the quality of their workmanship now. A couple years ago this same owner also helped me when I had a flat and a car full of grandkids and packages. He charged nothing to fix the flat in the rain after unpacking my car and then repacking it. I did go back and replace my tires there. He says he likes to look customers in the eye and I believe him. Big G Tires will now become the sole mechanic for my car.

I have owned three cars and taken them all here to my guys at Big G. They fix my problems the first time, they give accurate estimates and they are just genuinely good guys. But they certainly don't turn their noses up to baked goods, to help "grease the wheels"!
