I've known Dwayne ,the owner for over 7 years and he has worked on 4 of my VW's including my 2000 Eurovan (which he accepted by default-he politely turns down any new eurovan business). He has even thrown in some free work for me. Trying to get a hold of him on the phone can be frustrating-call between 8 and 10 A.M.when his receptionist is usually there. Sometimes one may be able to get him to answer the phone between 4 and 5 P.M. when he closes. His receptionist will obviously try to contact his customers betweeen 8 and 10 A.M. with any news. He loves to talk so unless you want to spend up to half an hour listening to his often interesting VW anecdotes best to keep it all business. He's closed Saturdays and is out in the sticks and takes a lunch break between Noon and 1:30 P.M. By the way he hates working on VR 6 engines and will politely refer one to John Crossen (who does).
