Went here based on recomendation on this site. Had to have my window repaired (it wasn't going up and down). Last time I had this problem, I went to the dealer and got charged 500 bucks, went here and got charged less than half that. Apparently it cost so much less because Roan's Body Shop only fixed what needed to be fixed--the regulator--rather than the whole window up and down thing that the dealer usually fixes. This honesty was wonderful, and happy for me, a grad student who doesn't make a lot. I'm female (and very young-looking), and he treated me with respect and explained the problem politely (though called me 'dear' at one point, which I didn't really like). It's not a fancy place, so there's no shuttle to take you to and from, but it's off College Ave, so easy access to buses. He did offer to personally give me a ride, too, but my apt. was 5 minutes walking distance away so I just walked. I highly recommend this place!

It is a pleasure to have local community people to work with in dealing with car problems. These folks are easy to work with, honest, very accommodating, and charge for work that needs to be done, and not more.

Never go to them. These guys are thieves, yes, exactly! They said the job would cost 200$ and billed for 500$, didn't even call or tell about. And late argued that the had said 500$. Very sad. The work was pathetic, my car had more problems after going to this shop than before. Never go here..NEVER EVER Would have given them -5 star if there would have been.
