Very honest, Godfearing men. They clearly answer to a higher authority than men. Very willing to work with you and give you a resonable repair.

took my car in and was quoted a price for repair to the wheel bearing and axle. after replacing the wheel bearing they decided to road test it to see if that solved the problem, which it did. having done that, they did not do the axle repair. it is the first time i have had a mechanic charge LESS than the quoted price.

My family has been taking their cars to Country Creek Auto for years. Over the last few years, I have seen their service quality drop severely. The first time they made a mistake on a personal vehicle of mine was about three years ago. They did not fix the problem properly, as soon as I got in the vehicle, the issue has been worsened. They did not even realize they made a mistake until I explained several times what the issue was and physically showed them the problem. The second time was on a repair of over $1,000 for a Volvo I owned. They ordered the same part twice, and both times the part did not work. They ended up breaking the original part worse than it was originally (it was the speed cluster) and putting it back in the vehicle. The mechanic said he "gave up" on fixing it.. and that was it. Did not give me a refund of the $300 he charged me for the speed cluster and labor that actually ended up damaging the part that needed fixed even more. My bill could have been $800 instead of $1,000. The third time was over this past Christmas (December 2012). A wheel bearing went on my Dodge Plymouth Voyager. They said they fixed the part and that I was good to go back to NC (where I live). The expense cost over $200. A few days after I got back home to NC, I started to hear the same noise that the wheel bearing had been making before they fixed it. I took it into a mechanic down here and found out that Country Creek had not put the wheel bearing on correctly at all. In fact, they tightened it too much, did not put one of the wheel parts back on correctly, and it shredded my brakes and broke off another part of my wheel. My mechanic here said that without a doubt Country Creek had not fixed the wheel bearing properly, and had actually caused damage to my brakes and wheels. Between these three issues, I have wasted almost $1,000 at Country Creek because of their poor quality of service. After this third chance, I will NEVER taking any of my vehicles to this shop ever again. My family has also had separate issues with this same shop, and I am encouraging them to steer clear of Country Creek and find a more trustworthy, better qualified shop to go through. DO NOT GET YOUR CAR FIXED HERE. It makes me sad to say you will regret it. They used to be my mechanic of choice, and now I wouldn't dare take my cars to them.
