Our 2010 Ford Focus with 66k miles needed front main seal replaced. Took it to Graybills. They did not know how to do the repair and consequently broke the valves, scored the cylinder walls and destroyed the engine. They ended up replacing the engine with a junkyard engine. I was never offered an apology, it was Ford's fault for design of the engine. After the junkyard engine was installed and I was told the car was ready I went to pick it up and found that most of the wiring harness was not attached correctly, multiple brackets were not installed, 2 bolts attaching the transmission to the engine were not installed, an oil cooler that was not spec for the Focus was left on the engine. The whole ordeal wouldn't have been all that bad if it wasn't for Stan's attitude. He made me feel like it was my fault for bringing him the car, Ford's fault for designing the engine, and my fault for pointing out the defects in his workmanship. I will never take another vehicle to him and I recommend you don't either.
