Jeff and his staff make a point of knowing you by name when you come in. They are always flexible and corteous. The station is a clean and safe location. On several occasions, Jeff has saved me $$ by suggesting alternatives and/or declining to perform unnecessary repairs that I have requested.

I was replacing my water pump on my 1994 Pathfinder and I was unable to get the crankshaft bolt off so I could access the waterpump. As you can imagine I had already removed quite a few things to get to this point. As I was working alone and probably needed another person in addition to an impact wrench and other tools, I decided to have a mechanic install it. I saw no point reinstalling the removed pieces just so a mechanic could again remove them. I imagine that is a mechanic's worst nightmare to have to pick up after someone else has disassembled parts. I called a few places before I called Jeff. Some were outright condescending, most were hesitant. I was impressed that Jeff answered the phone right away (after waiting over 20 rings at the dealer). Also he was not condescending at all. I felt comfortable leaving my car with him and I found his prices to be very reasonable. Incidentally, I found out about Jeff from this webpage. I informed him of it and he was unaware of it. He himself said the best way to find a mechanic was through a friend's recommendation. As a relatively new local resident, this website provided that for me.

They fix the problems that the dealers can't fix. They explain problems with certain makes/models that the dealer does not want to admit to. They have a continuing education program, to stay up to date on the new makes/models, and newly occurring problems that come about with age and mileage of older vehicles.

Very honest, very competent. Willing to suggest less expensive alternatives.

Do not recommend at all. They charged $650. to replace master & slave cylinders while all other quotes I got were around $450. Outrageous. Never again.

At first I was skeptical with their assessment of my vehicle. After seeing first hand the problems they indicated it was obvious that I was dealing with professionals. I would recommend Jeff's to others and only use them in the future.

Would not tame any of my vehicles any place else. Complete trust in them.
