- The guys at Jack Williams in Dallas Pennsylvania are fantastic!! They have a level of service that is unpresidented!!! Sam the manager of the store will do anything to help. I had a flat tire on my Tahoe in my garage at home and the spare would not release. He personally drove to my house with a floor jack and a spare he took of of one of his vehicles changed the tire and I drove to the shop. No charge over the cost to fix the flat!! I have been going to the shop for seventeen years and I will never take my car anyplace else. They stand behind their work like you would hope they would. Woo HOO!! Gregg
