S&F has been working on my Mustang for years. They have always given me a great estimate of time on the repair and a reasonable price. They have even done side modifications for me. Even when they were having trouble finding the problem, they didn't dump my car off onto another shop. They let me know it would be a little longer but they figured it out. Awesome shop, highly recommended.

Schumacher and Francy have been repairing our various cars for many years. We have always been very happy with the service! In fact, our cars have lasted in excess of 100,000 miles and ten years(and that is with two teenagers learning to drive them!) Keep up the good work.

I trust these guys more than I trust my doctor.

The zip refers to my former locale. Moved out of their area over 20 years ago, but have continued to take my car to them when back in the Philadelphia area. Last summer, I called them on my cell when I was vacationing far from both my own area and Philly, and they helped me diagnose a problem with the door buzzer on my Odyssey long distance! (They'd fixed a similar problem problem for me about 5 years earlier.) Have found both Mark Francy and Hank Schumacher to be good mechanics and great human beings.

A customer since 1984, I had a Plymouth NEON reach 365,000 and a Dodge NEON reach 325,000 under Hank and Mark's maintenance.

They charged me $30 for antifreeze plus labor fees for putting the antifreeze in without ever telling me they were doing that. Personally, I feel they took advantage of my being a new customer and feel that they ripped me off. Very pissed, I would recommend everyone avoiding this shop.
