As a person who uses a wheelchair, they understand how important my van is for transportation. They get it in and out of the shop on the same day. I have used them for 20+ years and have been extremely satisfied with their work.

Recently pulled a small but annoying dent out of my fender [which is not usually part of their service] and did NOT charge me.

On our way home to AZ, we pulled into Roseburg with seized bearings and brake on fire in our 36 foot fifth wheel, then the tire exploded! The towing company had no equipment to move us but helped us to limp to a dead end street where we were stuck for five days. A customer in the restaurant where we went to reconnoiter highly recommended Auto Tune. Their Ace Mechanic (my designation!) came right out and went right to work on disassembling the wheel, Dexter Nev-R-Lube bearings, breaks ,etc. It was a most difficult job, done on the side of the street, that would have frustrated any mechanic but Steve never lost his good humor and always had the attitude "no problem, we can fix it." Every part had to be ordered as none were available in Roseburg and it took most of the week to get everything (even the new tires had to be ordered from Portland by the tire dealer!). When the parts arrived, Steve installed them in a driving rainstorm but never lost his good humor and even helped us back into a driveway to turn around when he finished even though he was soaked! The service by Steve was outstanding and the price was reasonable under the circumstances.
