Steve Poole of Steve's Imports (not the owner) is a gentleman mechanic and a kind soul. Steve treats my Cari like his own. He explains problems carefully and well. Most importantly, I trust that he's telling me the truth!

Did not feel we were treated honestly. Diagnostic work that was done was done poorly / incomplete. Very expensive estimates.
