Really great guys and excellent mechanics. They're happy to chat about your car with you and provide very detailed and accurate estimates. While the labor is not cheap, they make it a pleasure to pay for.

Luckily a friend recommended this place to me after my air conditioner in my Honda CRV "grenaded" and my local dealer in Grants Pass wanted to charge $3k for new AC and new brakes. Quality Import Parts got the parts (in under 24 hours), did the work (in 6 hours), and had it ready for me for just $975. The guys at the shop were very nice and although it was in a very industrial neighborhood I felt totally comfortable and safe driving to their location. It was well worth the drive for me to come from Merlin to Medford (about 40 minutes) for their service. They will be doing all the repairs on my Honda CRV from now on.
