Upon one occassion, Greg asked to show my wife and daughter a problem he found (daugher's car), and insisted they come down to the shop, so he could show them the problem and discuss the options. This extra care and attention is typical of how he treats all customers.

Brought them my 375k miles 91 Prizm for brakes and for hoses; brought them my low mileage 85 Toyota pickup for tune-up and rough engine assessment. They explained what they would do, how much it would cost if they knew or arranged to contact before proceeding; showed the work and old parts when finished. Small shop. The people with technical training documents on the wall are the actual people who work on the cars, unlike AutoTech where the boss has a wall full of certificates but he's always on the phone while his college apprentices do the work.

We have been going to Greg's for years. He loves talking about cars and explaining options to save money. His prices are reasonable and he is honest about what work actually needs to be done.
