This shop owner is Brian Filippone. I needed a transmission overhaul on my 1995 Ford Windstar, and I am a serious shopper who compares Pricing, Thoroughness, "Covering all aspects of a complete transmission overhaul with painstaking accuracy." Honesty and Integrity. He was overwhelmingly recommended to me. The work was done on 3/07/07 @ 186,963 miles with a warranty of 12 month 12,000 miles; now, 2 1/2 yrs later @ 206,000 miles, it still functions perfectly. He just reminded me that my 25,000 mile check up is approaching soon. There is no better in the automobile transmission industry. Highly Recommended!! A & A's Specialty is Transmission Repair & Overhaul. Their warranty is 12 Months or 12,000 miles.

I brought my low-mile 1991 Mercury Grand Marquis for some upgrades and installation of a shift kit. Brian initially didn’t like the idea of doing a shift kit in a transmission he hadn’t rebuilt himself. Mine was in exceedingly good condition, so he agreed. I got a firm estimate which I felt was very fair. When I picked up my car, the bill was significantly LESS than the estimate. The work is flawless and the car performs amazingly well. I had to bring it in once because the shift points weren’t to my liking. Brian happily made the corrections and went with me for a road test. I could not be any happier or more impressed with the entire experience. RIGHT ON!
