Bill is very honest and explains what should be done NOT what "HAS" to be done like other shops.

They are the best service station in town. Bill is the only mechanic I will trust.

Boston Auto is simply the best. Bill will fix everything that could possibly need fixing, or he'll repair only what's necessary to get you back on the road. Whether to get it all, just the minimum, or anything in between is entirely up to the customer. And Bill provides all the education you need to make a budget-conscious decision with no pressure. The whole crew treats everyone like family and Bill will always "make it right" even if it means he'll lose money. He is obviously interested in building long-term customer relationships and has the foresight to know that honesty and integrity are essential ingredients in operating a successful business. You can't go wrong taking your vehicle to Boston Auto.

This is the most honest and reliable car repair shop I have ever used! They were refered to me by a friend and I'm so satisfied with them that I recommend them to everyone. I have even asked them about doing major work and I think most places would just go ahead and do the work, but they explained that I wouldn't need the work done. Also, my brother used them and they got his work done for a very reasonable price and he is as happy with them as I am. It is so good to know there is someone out there who takes pride in his work and business as Bill at Boston Automotive does.

I bought a very used Geo for 1200 dollars. Of many things wrong with this car Boston Auto fixed the rear tires. Apparently, two of the lugs had been left off for some time, and the "bolt" was badly corroded where the lugs were missing. I made an appointment to have car fixed, slept through that apppointment, made another appointment, made that one, and they replaced the failing "bolts" in about an hour.

It is an owner opperated shop and Bill makes sure the problem is fixed correctly. He is honest and gets work done when promised.

Bill is absolutely the best! Sometimes hasn't charged me for some minor repairs. Always honest, only fixes what has to be done. Will transport you to work and pick you up if you're in the area. ***Please note that his location has moved a few blocks away from his original location, now on 11th St. just west of Boulder. Changed name to "Bill's Route 66 Auto."***

These folks are simply the best in Tulsa. You can take your car there and know that they'll fix it correctly, promptly, and at a reasonable price. They will not over- charge you, they will not recommend or do unnecessary work, and they take the time to explain the problem and the solution. I didn't answer the question above, "They respond well when they screw something up," because I've never known them to screw anything up.
