Brought my car in with a check engine light on a Saturday. The three gentlemen in the shop were working on a car already, but one of them broke off from the task to take a look at my vehicle. After diagnosing the problem as a malfunctioning sensor, he was able to reset the check engine light and clear the fault. I wanted to pay him for his time, but he was adamant that the service was free, and asked me to bring the car back when it had a "real problem that might give him a headache." Of course, I'll be happy to oblige if I ever have more trouble with the vehicle.
