They are upfront about repairs required. Do not have parts on hand for my Mazda and repair may take time for ordering parts. Always quality work done. Very friendly.

Fixed my problems and let me know what should be done in the future. They list them in what should be done first. The only thing they missed was a stealth water pump problem that I caught and took into them to fix.

I brought my car in for a fuel smell. They diagnosed it as a bad sending unit gasket and ordered a replacement which, when they received it, was installed. Cost was approximately $200 for this and air filter. Within a few days I filled the tank and the gas smell was there again. I made an appointment and returned to them at which time they review things and told me the tank was rusted on top (they removed a plug below the rear seat to find the rusted tank) and told me I needed to replace the tank. Cost approximately $850. No offer or a refund or credit for the earlier work was offered. I declined and went to a mechanic I had used in the past and he confirmed the subsequent diagnosis and ordered a replacement tank and installed it for $600. I should of gone to him first but he is more inconveniently located.

I, and several members of my family, have taken cars here for tires and little things for years. They know us, and would say Hello by name when we stopped in for something. Which made it all the worst when my dear Father dropped off his precious little purple Ford Ranger for some brake work. The shop left the truck out overnight, and someone swiped the tailgate. When my Dad picked up the truck, Mark, the manager, said "Hey sorry, that's a shame". Now, my Dad's a pretty easy going guy, and I was pleased that he stuck to his guns and insisted on a replacement. After a while, Mark said he would replace the tailgate. He did. With a dented, rusty, red one out of a junk yard. So now, I go down to the shop, and all three of the front office guys come out to meet with me. They tell me they can't be responsible for a truck left outside overnight (even though THEY left it out). Then they say "Those tailgates are expensive!" Yea, thats why someone stole it. So, after a while it became obvious they weren't going to budge, and I finally said "If I walk out of here I, and my family, and all the friends I can tell, aren't coming back. Is that what you want?" The answer was apparent, thus this review.
