Wes, one of the head guys there, had the opportunity where he could've charged me for over $700 in repairs, but directed me instead to try talking to the authorized dealer to see if GM would cover the fix. They did! This was greatly appreciated, and not expected. He could've charged me for the fix at a rough time and I probably wouldn't have known better - hats off.

I was looking for a trustworthy mechanic when moving into the area 13 years ago. I have to say they are the best shop I have ever used, and hate having to take my vehicle to the dealer when Wes recommends it. Trustworthy reliable, and always looking out for the customer. They only repair what is necessary, they've never pushed for add on maintenance, and have always stood behind their work! If I had a complaint it would be that repairs can take a little longer than at other shops, but given the amount of cars they are working on its understandable. Quite frankly, I'm willing to wait a little longer to have it done right the first time. They have always gotten me in, even at their busiest times. It is a family buisness, Wes's mom works the front desk, and always greats you with a smile. When she calls for a quote, it's almost as if she's sorry to have to cbarge you at all. These are great people, and I wouldn't think about taking any of my vehicles to another shop. Keep up the great work!
