The address for anyone interested is: Bush's Automotime Service Center 1401 Portage N.W. North Canton, OH 44720 Phone 330/499-4099 They seem to be up front and honest about things, I had a leaking power steering pump and would have expected to replace the thing, but they found the drain plug leaking and charged 15 bucks to fix it.

Family owned business for many many years. Trustworthy and competent. The shop is an old gas station and looks run down, or downright crappy, and a few of the employees look this way too. However they know their STUFF, and don't mind if you mention things your hear from "Those radio guys".

I have been going to Bush's for many years. Their honesty and integrity are beyond reproach. Two weeks ago my daughter lost her alternator on a Sunday and had the car towed in. They worked her into Monday's busy schedule and replaced the alternator. Four days later that rebuilt alternator went bad, and they replaced it at no charge.

Several times I have taken a car in and they found a minor problem, and fixed it without charge (examples: loose battery cables, squeaky serpentine belt, bad ground wire). Also, they have billed me for LESS than the estimate.

While driving my 1990 Honda Civic just before Christmas in 1996, the car suddenly ceased operation and left me stranded along the side of the road. Had the car towed to Bush's that night, left Ben a note on the window explaining what happened and that I would be gone for 3 weeks for a Christmas Holiday and I would call later the next day. Spoke with Ben and he told me that it was possibly a Timing Belt and that I could be looking at big bucks due to the Engine being an "interference type" he would be able to get to it in a few days. I called him after Christmas to find out that the belt did indeed break but that it chose the exact perfect location to break, all that was needed was a belt replacement. Any other mechanic could have taken a big advantage of the situation charging me big time. Ben and his crew came through as always. I'm leaving the area shortly and one of the items in the con cloumn is leaving the most honest mechanic I met in 50 years.

In addition to fair, honest, straight shooters they don't give up. I had one problem that failed to give a good trouble code. They tried the least cost alternative for parts and when they didn't solve the problem they put the originals back. They did not charge for every attempt and charged very little to fix the problem when it was finally determined. They have worked on all my cars and inform me in advance of items that should be attended to in the near future. My wife will ask their input to see if I am telling her the truth. I guess she trusts Ben Bush more than me. Hmmm

They have been a joy to work with because they are honest and fair.

I've gone to Bush's for 2 years now. What I like about them: they are very honest and won't try and tell you that you need to get something done if it is unecessary. A couple times I brought my wife's car in and they checked it out - one time they couldn't find anything wrong and did not charge me anything! The other time it was a problem with the emissions system that they did not know how to fix and recommended that I take the car to the dealership. This time they also did not charge me anything. They aren't the cheapest place I've been to, but I would say their prices are reasonable and they won't do any unecessary work.

I've been going to Bush's for a few years now after a friend recommened them. I'm very happy with the service and pricing. I know I can trust them because I have had a number of bills under $20.00 and some times they charge nothing. I've found them to be very fair.
