Have never had a bad experience with them. Staff is friendly and honest. They don't try to sell you repairs that are not needed. We found most shops do this. When something looks like it may be going they give you an honest estimate on how long it will take before it will go completely and whether it is detrimental to not fix it.

I developed a bad rattle in front wheel and figured on major repair--charged just $5 to locate loose bolt and tighten--no minimum hour charge. Also front turn signal light burned out and dealer charged $44 to take off fender to get at it. Next time I took to Busy Bee, and he was able to replace it for just cost of bulb. Next time check engine light came on--took to them and they said just had not tightened gas cap and reset the light for free. So, basically they are HONEST and reasonable. I am even going to take my new lawnmower to them to save pickup and delivery charges!

I have never had a problem with Busy Bee. If they don't work on a particular issue, they know who does. I don't know anything about vehicles, so I depend on the people I trust. They also have coffee while I wait.

I had a bad experience with George, the owner. I bought a set of lifetime warranty mufflers from him and installed them myself. 18 months later they were ready for replacement, rusted out. I went back with the old mufflers for a new set. George said that will be $60 please. We went back and forth and the negotiated settlement was another set of free mufflers but no more replacements free of charge. Needless to say when they went bad again, I purchased another set of lifetime warranty mufflers from a local parts store and haven't had any problems getting them replaced each time they wear out. I can't comment on whether his shop is competent at fixing cars, I can say be leary if he sells you lifetime warranty parts.
