One time the repair costs where less then they quoted and they reduced the price to reflect the true cost. They are very friendly.

The hospital I work for has a program where local shops come will come pick up your cars while you work and do routine work on them.. This is great. I haven't had the time to change my wifes warped rotors, so I called them. They picked it up at about 9 a.m. from the hospital and had it back by about 10:30. No extra charge or anything. I don't know of the other work that they do or how well it is done, but they have always been friendly when I have called, and their prices seem reasonably fair for things they have quoted for me.
